🪲 AI’s Underbelly: The Zero-Day Goldmine
- Dan does a good job in this presentation highlighting the practical issues that ML engineers will face from hackers in the coming years and prompt injection isn’t the primary concern. The main issue is the supply chain. Most ML engineers know very little about security and they’re building at a rapid rate, making it extremely easy to find devastating vulnerabilities.
📐 Best Practices for LLM Evaluation of RAG Applications
- This is a great blog post by the Databricks crew. I don’t know much about LLM evaluations, but this blog post is a solid primer that seemingly covered most of the basics. My takeaway is that most security mechanisms against injection attacks will rely on LLMs evaluating the evil intent behind the input/output.
📜 Lessons Learned on LLM RAG Solutions
- I’m n00b when it comes to building RAG architectures and this conversation shed light on the nuances one needs to consider when doing so. An underrated video for those interested in implementing RAG architectures in production.
🤖 Intro to Large Language Models
- Looks like Andrej found some time in between all the OpenAI chaos to push out this useful talk. If you’re at all interested in the LLM space, you’ve likely heard many of the points Andrej makes in this presentation. The two that caught my eye were the OS connection and security outlook.

🛻 Driving Tesla Cybertruck: Everything You Need to Know!
- The cyber truck is finally shipping! It’s going to be a strange experience to see one of these rolling around in person in the coming months/years. Tesla has made some bold decisions, such as not having a rearview mirror.
- I’ve had some back issues for the last couple of years. Nothing serious, but an annoyance and inability to push hard with squats. After going to two therapists, I wasn’t impressed, so I’m going to see kneesovertoesguy’s approach is useful.
✍️ Write Like a Billionaire | Chamath Palihapitiya | How I Write Podcast
- David’s back at it again! This time he sat down with Chammath. It was interesting to hear about his approach to writing with pen and paper for the learning process.

Miscellaneous
🎤 Elon Musk to advertisers who are trying to ‘blackmail’ him: ‘Go f— yourself’
- I’ve probably watched this 6 times and could not stop laughing. I know Elon can come off as ridiculous from time to time, but you can see the passion he has for free speech. No amount of money will stop him from pushing that mission forward, even if it costs Twitter bankruptcy. That’s commendable. Full talk here.
🚛 Furiosa: A Mad Max Saga – Official Trailer #1
- This could be good. I’m still holding out judgment, but subtly excited.
